ADHD Assessment

ADHD assessments are completed over two appointments as part of regular psychiatric care and are covered by insurance based on your individual plan.

Session 1: Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation
We’ll review symptoms, history, medical and psychiatric factors, and how concerns are affecting daily life. This helps determine whether ADHD is the best explanation and whether something else may be contributing.

Session 2: DIVA-5 Clinical Interview
The second appointment uses the DIVA-5, a structured ADHD interview that looks at symptoms in both childhood and current life.

After both visits, we’ll review the findings, diagnosis, and next steps. Treatment may include medication management with stimulant or non-stimulant options, when appropriate, as well as other individualized recommendations.
