I am currently in the process of credentialing and expect to begin accetping insurance around May/June 2026. Planned networks include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, Neighborhood, Carelon, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, and Aetna.

Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to schedule without insurance. The Initial session includes comprehensive psychiatric assessment and is 300$. Follow-up visits are 175$. Payment is due at the time of service, and I can provide a superbill.

I work with adolescents (16+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, grief, psychosis, substance use disorders, and more complex presentations including severe and persisten mental illness. I also support infividuals feeling overwhelmed, burned out or not like themselves.

Treatment is collaborative and individualized, often combining medication management with integrative strategies to support long-term wellbeing.

Yes. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner I provide medication management when appropriate. This is always a collaborative process, and we will discuss options, risks, and alternatives to find what is right for you.

I do incorporate therapeutic support during our sessions as part of medication management. My primary focus is psychiatric evaluation and medication management, and I’m happy to coordinate care or provide referrals for ongoing therapy if needed.
